Below are all of the forms described in the newsletter. Please fill out the forms specific to your program and bring them to your first session along with payment. As described in the document, payment is accepted online or in person by cash or cheque made out to Halifax Rowing Club.
Please be advised: all rowers must complete their forms and submit payment before they will be allowed out on the water.
